Soneva Jani is a 5 star resort in Maldives located in Noonu Atoll. In 2018, Riyan provided structural design consultancy to a very complex water/land villa designs whilst maintaining the design concept proposed by the architect.

Currently we are providing concept design, architectural, structural and MEP design for renovation of Soneva Jani.
