We are looking for a highly competent and energetic individual to join our Company for the following high-level post.

1. Job Title: RESIDENT ENGINEER (PROJECT ENGINEER)

3. Qualification:
   • Relevant degree from a recognized university
   • Registration in a recognized professional body
4. Experience:
   • Relevant post-graduation experience of minimum 15 years
   • Must have high level site related project coordination experience of 10 years.
   • Must have significant high level project management experience of minimum 8 years in integrated infrastructure projects.
   • Proficient in FIDIC contract management.
   • Resort construction experience in the Maldives would be an added bonus
5. Roles and Responsibilities:
   • Shall be responsible for the overall project management.
   • Lead person managing the site supervision.
   • Principle liaison with the Consultant and Client during the construction supervision stage.
   • Must attend meetings as required and be able to answer any relevant site supervision related questions.
   • Must be available for consultation with the Employer at all times and be 100% dedicated to the project.
   • Must be a personable character, with initiative and drive to engage in a lead role.
