Qualification and other Requirements
1. BSc in civil/structural engineering
2. 7-8 years experience in acting as a structural engineer for construction project
3. Experience in 5 Star resort construction project, preferred experience in Maldives

Main Responsibilities
1. Design and analyze building structures, ensuring they are safe and meet all relevant
codes and regulations
2.Review technical and shop drawings, and material submittals by the Contractor
3.Review Method statements and respond to RFIs from the Contractor
4. Monitor and supervise construction and installation of structural works along with a
team of inspectors
