Senior Structural Engineer (Local)
No. of vacancies: 1

Minimum Education Qualification
• Master or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Structural Checker
• Candidates with 5 years’ experience in the field are preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and coordinating the work of the engineering department.
• Provide training and mentoring as needed.
• Oversees progress and timeliness of projects.
• Review project reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Implementing best practices in engineering.
• Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and management.
• Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.
• Review and take approve deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians.
• Have knowledge of concept design, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement,
risk assessment and claim assessment
• Responsible for development and production of drawings/calculations/specifications/reports
• Demonstrate an ability for delivery in the 3D, BIM and Digital engineering environment.
• Bring new and innovative ideas & identify Niche areas to increase the overall capacity of Riyan
& broaden our service portfolio
• Engage with BD team to prepare methodologies and technical content needed for proposals
• Engage with new staff and understand their overall interest, commitment and suitability to
the relevant posts
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Salary and Benefits
• MVR 40,000 to 50,000
