BML Customer Satisfaction and Brand Health Survey

The Bank of Maldives’ customer satisfaction and brand health survey’s primary objectives are:

  • to broadly assess customer satisfaction levels
  • understand the factors that contribute to satisfaction
  • measure brand health and satisfaction of Bank of Maldives and their services

Various factors that relate to the Bank’s customer satisfaction will be explored as part of this consultancy with the aim to gain an understanding of current customer satisfaction levels. This project will also monitor and assess the Bank’s brand health by collecting data from the BML client base in key locations throughout the country, including the Greater Male’ Area, Addu City, Kulhudhuffushi City, K. Maafushi, Lh.Naifaru, and L.Fonadhoo.

The project focuses on identifying the bank’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in order to provide the highest quality services to customers and ensure premium customer care.
