Marine (Coastal) Engineer

Qualification and other Requirements
1. BSc in coastal / marine engineering
2. 5-6 years experience in acting a coastal engineer for construction project
3. specific experience in resort project, preferred experience in Maldives

Main Responsibilities
1. Develop designs for coastal and marine structures, such as ports, harbors, seawalls,
jetties, and offshore platforms, using specialized software and tools
2. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction plans for marine and
coastal engineering projects
3. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact assessments
for proposed marine and coastal projects
4. Collaborate with other engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to
ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
5. Monitor and supervise construction and installation of marine and coastal structures
to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
