Qualification and other Requirements
1. BSc in Architecture
2. 7-8 years experience in acting as an architect for construction project
3. specific experience in resort project, preferred experience in Maldives

Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with other dsciplines at site to ensure all issues are addressed
2.Review technical and shop drawings, and material submittals by the Contractor
3.Review Method statements and respond to RFIs from the Contractor
4. Monitor and supervise construction and installation of ID works along with a team of
inspectors
