Qualification and other Requirements
1. BSc in civil engineering / project management
2. 4-5 years experience in acting as a QA/QC for construction project
3. Experience in 5 Star resort construction project, preferred experience in Maldives

Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control programs for
construction projects, ensuring they meet relevant codes, regulations, and industry
standards
2. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications, and monitor construction
activities to ensure they comply with approved plans
3. Monitor and review project deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and
schedules, to ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Conduct audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality control plans
and procedures
