MEP Engineer (Local)

Qualification and other Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
Main Responsibilities
• Designing and giving advice on the installation of various types of building services.
• Production of drawings using Autocad and Revit.
• Prepare Mechanical services (Air-condition, Ventilation, Fire system, Plumbing, Drainage &
other Mechanical services) layout plans with schematics.
• Overseeing inspections.
• Prepare shop drawings to construction teams.
• Supervising the installation of building services, ensuring that specifications for standards,
performance and safety are met.
• Preparation of technical specifications and material approval.
• Design of MEP infrastructure systems in islands & resorts.
