The scope for the project involves development of an 11 Storey commercial office building for Ooredoo Maldives Plc at Lot No.10966 (D4-3), Bageecha Hingun, Hulhumale’.

The Contractor of the project is China State Construction Maldives Pvt ltd and they were awarded with the project on 15th March 2020. The contract is under the general Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works designed by the Engineer (FIDIC red book 1999 edition).

Riyan Pvt Ltd was appointed as Project Management Consultant to perform the duties of the Engineer, on 18th March 2020.
