post.
QAQC Engineer / Architect
No. of vacancies: 2
Minimum Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within AEC (Architecture, Engineering,
Construction) Industry
• Strong knowledge of building codes
• Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
• Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ASQ, IRCA, or equivalent) is a plus
Skills Required:
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Problem -solving mindset with proactive approach
• Team collaboration and stakeholder coordination
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in BIM workflows and digital QA/QC tools
• Knowledge of sustainable design and LEED/BREEAM standards
• Familiarity with construction site practices and materials testing
Key Responsibilities:
• Review architectural and structural design documents for compliance with quality standards
and codes
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection plans
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality inspections
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely quality reviews
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain documentation for quality assurance and control processes
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, international standards, and client specifications
