Project Coordinator – Research & Planning (Local)
No. of vacancies: 1
Minimum Education Qualification:
• Completed A-Level education (Diploma or higher is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing project schedules, activity plans, and logistics.
• Support field activities such as surveys, workshops, and community meetings.
• Coordinate fieldwork activities, including training of enumerators, scheduling, and
supervision.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, meeting minutes, and
reports.
• Communicate with Clients, community members, and other stakeholders when needed.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring activities stay on track.
• Support awareness programs, training sessions, and dissemination of project results
Skills and Experience Requirement:
• Experience in administration, coordination, or volunteering will be an added advantage.
• Interest in research, community development, and planning.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail oriented.
