Coastal Engineer (Local)

Qualification and other Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Coastal / Marine Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience as a costal engineer or a related position
• Specific experience in a resort project would be an added advantage

Main Responsibilities
• Develop designs for coastal and marine structures, such as ports, harbors, seawalls,
jetties, and offshore platforms, using specialized software and tools
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction plans for marine and
coastal engineering projects
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact assessments
for proposed marine and coastal projects
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to
ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Monitor and supervise construction and installation of marine and coastal structures
to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
