IMD is a restoration project in which the existing 3 storey office building with a plot area of 2,336 sqft is converted into a 10 storey serviced apartment. Being seated on the northern skyline of Male’ City, the building was designed to incorporate a facade inspired by a mix of elegance and modern designs.
