Renaatus Ithaamuiy is a 10 storey beachfront residential and commercial building with a plot area of 14,916 sqft. This building was designed to maximize daylight and natural ventilation as much as possible whilst framing the best views out of the ocean.

Renaatus Ithaa Muiy has won the India Times Network’s national award for marketing excellence for the best overseas residential building.
